22 JULY THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE 1165

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Hamilton City Council Electric Lines Licence 1961, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton City Council Electric Lines Licence 1961* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. The principal order is hereby amended by adding to the First Schedule the following paragraph:

“3. Underground cables for the transmission of electrical energy commencing at the licensee’s proposed substation in Tidd Street and proceeding thence in a westerly direction to the boundary of the licensee’s area of supply, the route of the said cables being shown by a dotted blue line on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 673 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.”

Consenting to Land Being Taken for a Service Lane in the City of Timaru

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a service lane.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Timaru, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Taranaki County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 19 perches situated in Block IX, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki R.D., adjoining Section 282, Huirangi District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19526 (S.O. 9710), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waiuku Borough Council to reclaim from the Waiuku River an area of 1·86 acres, more or less, as shown shaded purple on plan marked M.D. 12022 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.


ORDER

THE Order in Council dated the 17th day of June 1959, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 June 1959, Volume II, page 833, is hereby amended by revoking the First and Second Schedules to that Order in Council and substituting the First and Second Schedules set out in the Schedule to this Order in Council.
