A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 18 acres 3 roods situated in Block X, Hummock Survey District, and Block VI, Waikouaiti Survey District, being part Run 171A and closed road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19548 (S.O. 13530), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of June 1965.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in William Lawrence Murray, Ellen Murray, and Nigel Valdamere Murray, all of Waiuku, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, and that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Arthur Leaf Gillott, of Waiuku, farmer, and that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Lawrence Sheffield, of Waipipi, farmer, subject to mortgage 352195, North Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Thomas Andrew Brown, farmer, and Joan Mary Brown, married woman, both of Scotts Gap, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 183656 and 183657 Southland Land Registry, and subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of New Plymouth and be incorporated in lease No. 17510, Taranaki Land Registry, held by Alwyn Cyril Morecraft, of New Plymouth, farmer, and that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of New Plymouth and be incorporated in lease No. 17511, Taranaki Land Registry, held by Wallace Wickham, of New Plymouth, farmer.
