Declaring Land Taken for Road, for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road, and for Better Utilisation in the Borough of Huntly

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation, from and after the 19th day of July 1965.
