PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 2, D.P. S. 2816, to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 70346, South Auckland Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government from and after the 19th day of July 1965.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with a water easement created by memorandum of transfer No. 337623, is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney from and after the 19th day of July 1965.
