Development Finance Corporation Act 1964
PURSUANT to section 5 of the Development Finance Corporation Act 1964, notice is hereby given that the amount of one million pounds (£1,000,000) of the capital of Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand has been subscribed and accordingly the shareholders of Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand shall, as from the 6th day of July 1965, become a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall be capable of holding real and personal property, of suing and being sued, and of doing and suffering all such other acts and things as bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964,* the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 16 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver’s licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964* to the person described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise him, while he is under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway in the Borough of Onehunga
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway on and after the 12th day of July 1965.

The Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in Common Fund) Notice 1965
PURSUANT to section 37 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, the Minister of Finance hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Public Trust Office (Investment Agencies in Common Fund) Notice 1965.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1965.

The rate of interest that may be paid by the Public Trustee on moneys invested by the Public Trustee as agent of any principal in the Common Fund of the Public Trust Office, pursuant to section 37 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957, shall be 4½ per cent per annum.

Nothing in this notice shall be deemed to affect the rate of interest that may be paid on any moneys so invested before the date of the coming into force of this notice.
