Defining Limits of the Harbour of Waipu H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 30th day of June 1965 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby defines the limits of the Harbour at Waipu to be all the waters of the Waipu River, the Waionehu Stream, the Waipu Channel, and the "Old Channel" lagoon seawards of the Wharf Bridge, situated on Awanui-Bluff Highway No. 1, over the Waipu River, and McKenzies Bridge, situated on Cove Road, over the Waionehu Stream, and as shown on plan marked M.D. 12042 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Town District of Mangaweka Merged in County of Rangitikei H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 7th day of July 1965 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1961, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER 1. The Town District of Mangaweka is hereby merged in the Te Kapua Riding of the County of Rangitikei as a county town and the Mangaweka Town Council is hereby dissolved.
