PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto is closed.

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block V, Otokia Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road first described in the said First Schedule is added to the land now held for an aerodrome described in the Second Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of September 1959, published in Gazette, 17 September 1959, Volume III, page 1295, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 168162, in so far as it affects all the land shown on plan S. 9621, South Auckland Land Registry.
