PURSUANT to clause 20 of the Schedule to the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1940, notice is hereby given that, of the persons duly nominated, in the Northern Ward, for election to the office of producers’ representative on the Nelson Raspberry Marketing Committee,
Walter Vernon Robinson and
Trevor Harold Barrow
having received the greatest number of votes at the said election, I do declare them to be duly elected as producers’ representatives on the said committee.

SPECIAL ORDER
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Counties Act 1956, the Hutt County Council does by special order resolve to revise riding boundaries as set out in Schedules 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 below with effect from 1 April 1965.

SCHEDULE 1
PORTION OF THE HOROKIRI RIDING TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PAEKAKARIKI RIDING—HUTT COUNTY
ALL that portion of the Horokiri Riding bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 11960, and the eastern boundary of Section 50, Wainui District, in Block III, Paekakariki Survey District, being a point on the eastern boundary of the Horokiri Riding as described in New Zealand Gazette 1950, pages 730 and 731, and proceeding generally westerly along the said northern boundary and its production to the north-western side of the No. 1 State Highway, along that side to and along the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 4268, to the northernmost corner of that lot, and along the production of that boundary to the sea coast; thence generally north-easterly, easterly, and southerly along the generally north-western, northern, and eastern boundaries of the said Horokiri Riding to the point of commencement.

PORTION OF THE WHAREROA RIDING TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PAEKAKARIKI RIDING—HUTT COUNTY
ALL that portion of the Whareroa Riding bounded by a line commencing at a point on the western side of the No. 1 State Highway in line with the northern boundary of Whareroa 2B and proceeding easterly to and along that boundary to the western boundary of Section 85, Block II, Paekakariki Survey District; thence generally southerly along that boundary and the western boundary of Section 86, Block II, aforesaid, to and along the northern, western, and southern boundaries of Section 87, Block II, aforesaid, to and along the western boundary of Section 88,
Block II, aforesaid, to and along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 780, and Section 99, Block IV, Paekakariki Survey District, to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 96, Block IV, aforesaid, to and along that boundary to and along the western boundary of Section 1, Titi District, to the southernmost corner of Section 97, Block IV, Paekakariki Survey District; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of the said section, to the south-western corner of Section 99, Block IV, aforesaid; thence southerly along a right line to Trig. Station Wainui and another right line to the south-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 4268, being a point on the south-western boundary of the Whareroa Riding as described in the New Zealand Gazette 1945, pages 42 and 43; thence generally northerly along the generally western boundary of that riding to the point of commencement.

SCHEDULE 3
PORTION OF THE RIMUTAKA RIDING TO BE INCLUDED IN THE WHAREROA RIDING—HUTT COUNTY
ALL that portion of the Rimutaka Riding bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Section 13, Block I, Akatarawa Survey District, being a point on the eastern boundary of the Whareroa Riding as described in New Zealand Gazette 1945, pages 42 and 43, and proceeding easterly along the southern boundary of that section to the western side of a public road; thence generally north-easterly along that side and the generally north-western and northern sides of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 414, Hutt District; thence easterly to and along that boundary, crossing the said public road, to the generally western side of the Akatarawa Road; thence generally northerly along that side to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 415, Hutt District; thence generally easterly to and along that boundary to the northernmost corner of Section 1, Block III, Akatarawa Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary of that section to and easterly along the southern boundary of that section and its production to the generally north-eastern side of a public road; thence generally south-easterly along that side to the eastern boundary of the said Section 1; thence northerly along that boundary and the eastern boundaries of Ngarara West C 22 and 18, Section 1, to the north-eastern boundary of the said Ngarara West C 18, Section 1; thence north-westerly along that boundary and the north-western boundary of Ngarara West C 18, Section 2, to the northernmost corner of that section, being a point on the generally south-eastern boundary of the Whareroa Riding, aforesaid; thence generally south-westerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

PORTION OF THE RIMUTAKA RIDING TO BE INCLUDED IN THE HERETAUNGA RIDING—HUTT COUNTY
ALL that portion of the Rimutaka Riding bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 96, Hutt District, in Block V, Rimutaka Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Rimutaka Riding, as described in the New Zealand Gazette 1927, page 3289, and proceeding generally south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Sections 96 and 120, Hutt District, along the north-western boundary of Section 30, Hutt District, to the north-eastern side of Whitemans Valley Road, along a right line to the intersection of the south-western boundary of the said Section 30 and the south-eastern side of that road and along the south-western boundaries of the said Section 30 and Section 69, Hutt District, to the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 3864, being a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Rimutaka Riding as described in the New Zealand Gazette 1927, page 3289; thence generally south-westerly along that boundary to and generally northerly along the generally western boundary of that riding to the point of commencement.

PORTION OF THE HERETAUNGA RIDING TO BE INCLUDED IN THE RIMUTAKA RIDING—HUTT COUNTY
ALL that area in the Heretaunga Riding bounded by a line commencing at a point on the south-western side of the public road forming the south-western boundary of Section 272, Hutt District, being a point on the southern boundary of the Upper Hutt Borough as defined in the New Zealand Gazette 1927, page 3287, and proceeding south-easterly along that side to the north-western boundary of Section 154, Hutt District, as shown on plan B/132; thence north-easterly along that boundary and the north-western boundaries of Sections 152, 150 (crossing Wallaceville Hill Road), and Section 148, Hutt District, as shown on plan B/132, to the northern boundary of the said Section 148, being a point on the boundary of the Upper Hutt Borough, aforesaid; thence westerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.
