The Standards Act 1941--Standard Recommendation Adopted
Pursuant to section 7 of the Standards Act 1941, the Minister
of Industries and Commerce, on 21 May 1965, approved of the
recommendation of the Standards Council that the under-
mentioned standard recommendation be adopted:
Number and Title: NZSR 5:1965 Hand signals for the
control of cranes (other than ship and waterfront cranes used
for normal waterfront work).
Price of Copy (Post Free) 2s. 6d.
Application for copies should be made to the N.Z. Standards
Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag,
Wellington C. 1, or to the Government Bookshops at Auckland,

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Bay of Islands Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said
land being so subject by virtue of notice dated 29 May 1946 and
published in the Gazette, No. 37, Volume II, page 746, on
30 May 1946, and registered in the Land Transfer Office at
Auckland under reference No. K. 30383.

Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee, I do declare
