Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become county road.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of road known as Hukarere Station Road
situated in Block XIV, Greenvale Survey District, Tuapeka
County, commencing at the southern boundary of Section 19,
Block XIV aforesaid, and proceeding north-easterly and north-westerly for a distance of 20 chains approximately and terminating at the north-western boundary of the said Section
19; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19454 (S.O. 13670), deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.
