Vesting a Reserve in the Waiheke Road Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Inhabitants of the Waiheke Road District in trust for access-way purposes.

This notice is issued in substitution for the notice dated 22 December 1964 and published in Gazette, 14 January 1965, Volume 1, page 10, and that notice is hereby revoked.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Civil Aviation Purposes (Transmitter Station) in Block VII, Halswell Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for civil aviation purposes (transmitter station) on and after the 21st day of June 1965; and also declares that an easement for civil aviation purposes (transmitter station) is hereby taken on and after the 21st day of June 1965 over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way with the right for Her Majesty's invitees, servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the land described in the said Second Schedule, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purposes of providing access to the land described in the said First Schedule, such easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule.
