Additional Land at Bunnythorpe Taken for the Purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Foxton - New Plymouth Railway from and after the 21st day of June 1965.

Declaration That Reserves Form Part of the Taupo Domain

Declaration That Part of the Torere Domain Shall be Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Torere Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Vincent County Council on the 25th day of March 1965.

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Vincent County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said county in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act".

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a children's playground over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Mount Albert Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
