A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Town District of Warkworth, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of June 1965.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 30·9 perches situated in Block VII, Mahurangi Survey District, Warkworth Town District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 70, Parish of Mahurangi; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19436 (S.O. 44786) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and shall vest in the Maori Trustee.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19483 (S.O. 5449), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
