Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

3 1 14 Rangatira Kapiti 4b 2 Block, situate in Block I, Kapiti Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 31, folio 78.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of June 1965.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Nelson

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Nelson City Council and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20165 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of June 1965.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 24th day of November 1964 and published in Gazette, 10 December 1964, No. 78, page 2301, taking land for road in Block V, Waitara Survey District, Clifton County, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of June 1965.
