Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Maniapoto Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 30 November 1955, published in the Gazette, No. 75, Volume III, page 1892, on 8 December 1955.

Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Election
(Notice No. Ag. 8175)
PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers’ representatives to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, Christchurch, Ashburton, and at Rangiora.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 31 May 1965.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Christchurch. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 18th day of June 1965.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Piako
(Notice No. Ag. 8177)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section 9 for the purpose of the said section, the following special order, made by the Piako County Council on the 26th day of April 1965, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Piako County Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, that the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereunder be declared noxious weeds within the boundaries of the County of Piako.
