A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Invercargill Hundred, described as follows:

Being
0 0 2 Part of the land on L.T. P. 24 (red), being part Section 1; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 26·3 Part of the land on D.P. 570, being part Sections 5 and 6; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19416 (S.O. 7342), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block XIII, New River Hundred, and Block I, Oreti Hundred, Southland County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declare that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in John Edward Duthie, of Lochiel, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 196498, Southland Land Registry; and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in John Duthie, of Lochiel, farmer, and Olive Pretoria Duthie, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 151411, Southland Land Registry; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection 6 of the said section 29 and declare that the land first described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in John Edward Duthie, of Lochiel, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 196498, Southland Land Registry, and that the land secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in John Duthie, of Lochiel, farmer, and Olive Pretoria Duthie, his wife, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 151411, Southland Land Registry.
