Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone
exchange from and after the 1st day of February 1965.

Kakapotahi, under and by virtue of renewable lease recorded
in Volume 47, folio 2, Westland Land District, is hereby taken
for the development of water power (Waitaha Substation)
from and after the 1st day of February 1965.
