Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purpose of a Soil Conservation Reserve in Block III, Ahuriri Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Berwen Run Ltd., under and by virtue of a pastoral lease under the Land Act 1948 for a term of 33 years from 1 July 1958, is hereby taken for the purpose of a soil conservation reserve from and after the 1st day of February 1965.
