PURSUANT to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 12th day of June 1957, and published in Gazette, 13 June 1957, Vol. II, page 1145, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 15592, declaring land to be a motorway in Blocks XIV and XV, Waitemata Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Officer Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to authorise the officer in the service of the Crown being the holder for the time being of the office of
Executive Officer (Industrial), Auckland, Industrial Development Division, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research
to take and receive Statutory Declarations under the said Act.
