All persons affected by and who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the 27th day of January 1965, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road, for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu. Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Waipa County Council within 40 days from the first publication of this notice.

WHANGAREI CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Sectional District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Whangarei City Council made on the 20th day of January 1965, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to parts of the district known as Maunu and Tikipunga. The scheme has been deposited in the Municipal Chambers and the Public Library in Rust Avenue in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than Monday the 3rd day of May 1965. At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

Public Notification of District Scheme Area No. 2
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Papatoetoe Borough Council made on the 4th day of November 1964, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Borough of Papatoetoe Area No. 2. The scheme has been deposited in the Borough Council Offices, St. George Street, Papatoetoe; Papatoetoe Public Library, St. George Street, Papatoetoe; Papatoetoe Mobile Library; and the Auckland Regional Authority, Planning Division, Rexall House, corner of Customs Street West and Albert Street, Auckland, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

PURSUANT to the Mining Act 1926, the undersigned Westmere Estate Ltd., of Kurow 6 K. R.D., Oamaru sheep farmer, hereby applies for a licence for a water race, as specified in the Schedule hereto, the course whereof has been duly marked out for the purpose.
