Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Teacher's Residence in the Borough of Westport

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Oliver Smallholme, of Granity, cartage contractor, under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in Volume 164, folio 20, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for a teacher's residence from and after the 24th day of May 1965.
