IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Ketfox Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the New Zealand Milk Board, Board Room, Third Floor, Anvil House, Wakefield Street, Wellington, on Monday, 31 May 1965, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held in the lounge provided at the Midland Hotel, Masterton, on 3 June 1965, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
The company to direct by means of an extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator are to be disposed of.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Rotorua Homes Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the aforesaid Act and having its registered office at MacLeod’s the Real Estate Firm, Fenton Street, Rotorua, notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 2nd day of February 1965, presented to the said Court by Rotorua Homes Ltd., a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the aforesaid Act, and having its registered office at MacLeod’s the Real Estate Firm, Fenton Street, Rotorua; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the Supreme Court-house, at Hamilton, on the 28th day of May 1965, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
