A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall vest in Norman William Wise, of Onewhero, farmer.

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 27·9 perches situated in Block XI, Onewhero Survey District, being part Allotment 128, Onewhero Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19374 (S.O. 42784) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Road Closed and Vested

ALL that piece of road containing 1 rood 12·7 perches situated in Block XI, Onewhero Survey District, and adjoining or passing through part Allotment 128, and part Allotment 128A, Onewhero Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19374 (S.O. 42784) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of April 1965.

Situated in Block I, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19389 (S.O. 32304) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
