Land Taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block XIV,
Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of May 1965.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26·5 perches situated in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, being part Whakapoungakau 12B Block (Roadline); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19387 (S.O. 42719) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of May 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation (Whangapoua Farm Settlement); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of May 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a catchment area and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Papakura, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of May 1965.
