Land Held for Better Utilisation Set Apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.
