No. 17544, authorising the Auckland City Council to permit
the laying off of a street in the City of Auckland at a width
for part of its length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 45 ft,
subject to a condition as to the building line, by cancelling the
building line imposed by the said Order in Council in so far
as it affects Lots 10, 11, and 12, D.P. 49896.
