Road Closed by Order of the Court

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 425 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Court has made an order, dated the 2nd day of August 1961, that portion of road described in the Schedule hereto be closed, and vesting the same in the owners of the land set out in the said Schedule.

In Bankruptcy—Supreme Court

Notice is hereby given that a first dividend of 2s. in the pound is now payable in my office on all accepted claims in the estate of Archibald Thomas Sunderland, of Wanganui, contractor.
