REDUCTION OF CAPITAL
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand No. M. 1088 Otago and Southland District (Invercargill Registry)
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of the Southland Butchers By-products Co. Ltd., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand, having its registered office in Invercargill and carrying on business there as the proprietor of a meat by-products works, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 29th day of March 1965, confirming the reduction of paid-up capital of the above-named company from £44,894 15s. to £29,877 10s., and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 7th day of April 1965. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The capital of the Southland Butchers By-products Co. Ltd. was heretofore £50,000 divided into 200,000 ordinary shares of 5s. each, of which 179,579 shares were issued and fully paid up (making a paid up capital of £44,894 15s.) and the remainder were unissued. The capital of the company is now £29,877 10s. divided into 119,510 ordinary shares of 5s. each, of which 99,089 shares are issued and fully paid up (making a paid up capital of £24,772 5s.) and the remainder are unissued."

DOMINION FARMERS MUTUAL INSURANCE ASSOCIATION
IN the matter of the Insurance Companies' Deposits Act 1953, consequent upon its amalgamation with the Primary Industries Insurance Co. Ltd. the Dominion Farmers' Mutual Insurance Association gave notice to the Public Trustee that it had ceased to carry on insurance business as from 1 August 1962 and that it proposed to withdraw all deposits which have been made by it with the Public Trustee pursuant to section 3 of the above-mentioned Act and section 15 of the Mutual Insurance Act 1955.
The Public Trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Insurance Companies' Deposits Act 1953 that, subject to his being satisfied that all of the liabilities of the said association in respect of all classes of insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release on or after the 30th day of June 1965 the deposits made with him by the said association.
