PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of April 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes, and both shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otorohanga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of April 1965.
