A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil down to a plane 50 ft below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil down to a plane 100 ft below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.
