State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Stratford

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Stratford Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said council.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 20113 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks IV and VIII, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otorohanga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1965.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the portion of scenic reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works and shall vest in the Whangarei Harbour Board, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1965.
