The following materials declared (a) by a manufacturer for use by him only in making footwear or (b) by an importer that they will be sold only to manufacturers for use solely in making footwear
Cork sheets, coloured; cork granulated, bonded with rubber, in sheets
Textiles—Counter material, being a laminated textile consisting of a woven fabric coated with fibres, and backed with a woven resin impregnated fabric
Boxes, cardboard—Cambric, gummed, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making cardboard boxes
Brushes, brooms, mops, carpet sweepers, etc—Feathers declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making feather dusters
Sponges of cellulose, polyvinyl acetate, or polyvinyl chloride, on declaration by a manufacturer for use by him only in making mops
Building materials—Paper, kraft, reinforced, consisting of two thicknesses of kraft paper cemented together by means of bitumen or similar substance and reinforced with string, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making lathing for building construction purposes and that the wire mesh for such lathing will be made in New Zealand
