Waitaki Acclimatisation District

(1) The artificial lake and a strip of land 5 chains in width along the margin thereof, situated in Section 39, Block I, Kauru Survey District.

Wanganui Acclimatisation District

(1) That portion of the Wanganui River, including all tidal lands as defined in the Harbours Act 1950, from a line commencing at the centre of the junction of Kaimatira Road and Riverbank Road on the left bank of the river; thence extending directly across the river to the eastern boundary of Wanganui City on the right bank of the river, to a line commencing at the mouth of the Awarua Stream on the left bank of the river; thence extending directly across the river to the southern corner of Lot 3, D.P. 13660, on the right bank of the river.

Wellington Acclimatisation District

(1) The Awapuni Lagoon situated on the property of the Manawatu Racing Club.

(2) Kairanga County Council Lagoon, being Lot 1, D.P. 3184, part Rural Section 364, Palmerston North, containing 23 acres 1 rood 20 perches, the property of the Kairanga County Council.

West Coast Acclimatisation District

(1) Part property of Messrs Hill Bros., at Ngahere, all that area situated in Block VII, Mawheranui S.D., being parts of Sections 55, 46, 1254, 33A, and 34 being the property of George Hill, Frank Joseph Hill, and Albert Victor Hill, and bounded by the Old Main Road to Reefton from the southern end of the swing bridge over Nelson Creek and along that road to the south-western boundary of Section 34 and along that boundary to the Greymouth-Inangahua State Highway and along that highway to Cemetery Road and along that road and a right projection of that road to the Greymouth-Reefton Railway and along the railway to the southern end of the swing bridge the point of commencement.

(2) Lake Haupiri - All that area in the Westland Land District situated in Block VII, Kopara S.D., being Lake Haupiri and the area of land lying within 20 chains of the shores thereof.

Cobden - Northern moiety of Section 2952, Block IV, Cobden S.D., and being part of the land contained in provisional certificate of title, Volume 9, folio 1, Westland Register: Area, 1 acre and 22.1 perches. Two miles from Greymouth Post Office on the Cobden - Point Elizabeth Coast Road.

(3) Greymouth Racecourse Reserve - All that area in the Westland Land District being Recreation Reserve No. 34 and bounded on the north generally by the Grey River and on the north-east by the western boundaries of Sections 1420, 2122, 2123, and 1419, in Block IX, Arnold Survey District, and on the south and west generally by the southern and western boundaries of the said Recreation Reserve No. 34.

(4) Also all that area bounded on the cast generally by the left bank of the Omotumotu Creek, from its confluence with the Grey River to its intersection with the western boundary of the railway reserve; thence northerly generally along the said western boundary to a point opposite the confluence of the Omotumotu Creek with the Grey River; thence by a right line to the point of commencement.

(5) Buller River Mouth - Area at the mouth of the Buller River: All that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 650 acres, more or less, situated in Block II (2), Steeples S.D., and Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D., and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point, being the intersection of the middle line of the Buller River and the middle line of the road and railway bridge over the Buller River in Block III (3), Kawatiri S.D.; thence generally westerly and north-westerly by the middle line of the aforesaid bridge and the Westport - Carters Beach Road to its intersection with Aerodrome Road in Block III (3), Steeples Survey District; thence generally easterly along the middle line of the said Aerodrome Road and that line produced to the middle line of the Buller River; thence generally southerly along the middle line of that river to the point of commencement; excepting therefrom that area declared a Wildlife Refuge (Gazette, 1957, page 825).

Westland Acclimatisation District

(1) Okarito Township Reserve, being that part of the Okarito Lagoon on the south side of the Okarito Road.

(2) The Otatoki Creek and its tributaries to within 3 chains of the Okarito Lagoon as may be defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

(3) Lake Kaniere.

Whangarei Acclimatisation District

(1) Mount Denby Golf Links.

(2) The property of R. K. Trimmer, being part Lot 6, Lots 7, 12, and 13, D.P. 1583 of Allotment 51, Whangarei Parish, Block VIII, Purua Survey District, and Block V, Whangarei Survey District, containing 158 acres 1 rood 13 perches.

(3) G. D. Forsyth's Game Farm at Ngararatunua.
