IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Les Maitres Foodstuffs Ltd., notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 15th day of March 1965, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up; and that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the English Speaking Union Rooms, Fifth Floor, Nathan’s Building, 13 Grey Street, Wellington, on Wednesday the 24th day of March 1965, at 3 p.m.

Business:
Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors, etc.
Nomination of liquidator.
Appointment of committee of inspection if thought fit.

Notice of Resolution for Members’ Voluntary Winding Up
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Palmerston Development Co. Ltd., notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the above-named company duly convened for the purpose and held on the 8th day of March 1965, the following special resolution was passed unanimously by the members of the company, namely:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”

and that Mr Frederick Allen Ellis, of Brough Street, Palmerston, retired bank official, be appointed liquidator of the company.

(in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Palmerston Development Co. Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 2nd day of April 1965 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Northern Judicial District
(Auckland Registry)

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Beazley Precision Cut Homes Ltd., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Tauranga and carrying on business there and elsewhere in New Zealand as a holding company, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 22nd day of February 1965, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £45,000 to £4,500, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 12th day of March 1965. The said minute is in the words as follows:

“The capital of Beazley Precision Cut Homes Ltd., is £4,500 divided into 45,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 2s. each having been reduced from £45,000 divided into 45,000 shares of £1 each.”
