Appointment

temporary Flight Lieutenant, with effect from 1 March 1965.

Promotion and Extension of Date of Retirement

Flight Lieutenant (temp.) Geoffrey Hampton Thorp, M.AGR.
S.C., to be Flight Lieutenant, with effect from 3 September
1964, and his age for retirement to be extended until
31 December 1965.

Termination of Commission

The commission of Pilot Officer George Alan Henderson is
terminated, with effect from 1 April 1965.

a period of four years, with effect from 21 April 1965.

Transfer to Retired List

Squadron Leader (temp.) Donald Alfred Smith, M.A. (133498)
is transferred to the Retired List "B", with effect from
22 March 1965.

Termination of Commission

The commission of Flight Lieutenant Robert Edward
Clayton-Jones, M.B., B.S., U.LOND.; M.R.C.S., ENG.; L.R.C.P.,
LOND. (79372) is terminated, with effect from 28 February 1965.

Appointment of the Christchurch Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve
