THIRD SCHEDULE

LANDS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE HAURAKI CATCHMENT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Piako County, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 12, Block I, Maungakawa Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Hauraki Catchment District as described in N.Z. Gazette, 1946, page 213, and proceeding generally southerly and generally westerly along that boundary to the westernmost corner of Lot 9, D.P. 6948, situated in Block VIII, Komakorau Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the land to be excluded from the Taupiri River and Drainage District as hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly and generally north-easterly along that last-mentioned boundary to the point of commencement.

Also all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. S. 3170, situated in Block XII, Komakorau Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the land to be excluded from the Taupiri River and Drainage District as hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally north-easterly along that boundary to its intersection with the boundary of the Hauraki Catchment District as described in N.Z. Gazette, 1946, page 213, being a right line between the southernmost corner of Lot 13, D.P. 4160, situated in Block VII, of the above-mentioned Survey District, and the aforesaid southernmost corner of Lot 3; thence south-westerly along that right line to the point of commencement.

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Piako and Waikato Counties, bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of the balance of the land shown on D.P. 2715, and contained in the balance of certificate of title, Volume 860, folio 266, situated in Block XII, Komakorau Survey District, and proceeding generally north-easterly along the boundary of the Hauraki Catchment District (as hereinbefore described), to its intersection with the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 20628, situated in Block VIII, of the aforesaid Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary and the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 20628, to and generally southerly along the generally eastern boundary of the said Lot 1, to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 6823; thence easterly to and along that southern boundary, to and northerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot, to the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 27963; thence easterly along the southern boundary, and the northern side of a public road, to the easternmost corner of part Lot 9A, D.P. 2463, situated in Block I, Maungakawa Survey District; thence easterly along a right line across that public road to the generally southern side of Hangawera Road; thence generally easterly along that roadside to the westernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 14696; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 10, D.P. 15447, to and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 2465, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 13501, and its production to the generally southern side of the Provincial State Highway No. 26, situated in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District; thence generally easterly along that roadside, to and south-easterly along the south-western side of Avenue Road, to the left bank of the Waitakaruru Stream, crossing the intervening Thames Branch Railway and a public road; thence generally south-westerly along that left bank to its intersection with the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. Gazette, 1959, page 470, and proceeding generally south-easterly along that boundary to the generally south-eastern side of Tahuroa Road; thence generally north-easterly along that roadside to its intersection with the northern boundary of Block XIII, Maungakawa Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary and the northern boundary of Block XIV, of the aforesaid Survey District to its intersection with the aforesaid county boundary; thence generally north-easterly along that boundary to the westernmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 11745; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of the aforesaid Lot 5, Lots 4, 3, part Lot 2, and Lot 1, all of D.P. 11745, and that last-mentioned boundary produced to the southern side of Scotchman’s Valley Road; thence again south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 26s, 105s, and 108s, all of Te Miro Settlement, to and generally westerly along the generally southern boundaries of the last-mentioned Section 108s, Lot 1 D.P. 29936, situated in Block II, Cambridge Survey District, and Lot 1, D.P. 31686, to the easternmost corner of Section 83s of the aforesaid settlement; thence southerly and westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of that section, to and generally westerly along the generally southern boundaries of Section 6, of Block I, Cambridge Survey District, Karokaro A 2 B 2 and A 2 B 1 Blocks to Trig. Station Pukemoremore situated in the above Block I; thence south-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 3364 to the easternmost corner of Pukemoremore L Block; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of the Block to the generally southern side of Pukemoremore Road; thence generally westerly along that roadside, to a point in line with the generally north-eastern boundary of Pukemoremore D Block; thence to and generally north-westerly along that boundary and south-westerly along the north-western boundary and its production to the generally north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7927; thence generally north-westerly along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 35108, situated in Block IV, Hamilton Survey District, to the northernmost corner of that Lot, being a point on the boundary of the Eureka Drainage District as described in N.Z. Gazette, 1934, page 1564; thence generally northerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

All such areas being coloured blue and green on plan M.O.W. 19222, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Also all that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 8266, situated in Block XVI, Komakorau Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Hauraki Catchment District as described in N.Z. Gazette, 1946, page 213, and proceeding north-westerly and north-easterly along that boundary to the northernmost corner of part Lot 3, D.P. S. 962, situated in Block XII, of the above-mentioned Survey District; thence southerly along a right line to the point of commencement.

All such area being coloured orange on plan M.O.W. 19220, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

FIFTH SCHEDULE

LANDS TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE HAURAKI CATCHMENT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waikato County, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 9, D.P. 6948, being a point on the boundary of the Hauraki Catchment District as described in N.Z. Gazette, 1946, page 213, and proceeding southerly along the western boundary of that Lot 9, to a point distant 20 chains from that westernmost corner; thence southerly along a right line to a point on the eastern boundary of Lot 15, D.P. 4160, distant 35 chains from the southernmost corner of that Lot; thence south-westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. S. 3170, to and south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of that Lot, to the point of intersection with the northern boundary of Block XII, Komakorau Survey District; thence due west along that Block boundary to the point of intersection with the right line between the southernmost corner of Lot 13, D.P. 4160, situated in Block VIII, of the above-mentioned Survey District, and the southernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. S. 3170, situated in the aforesaid Block XII, thence northerly along that right line to the southernmost corner of the said Lot 13, and north-easterly along another right line to the point of commencement.
