Additional Land Taken for a Maori School in Block XV, Omapere Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of March 1965.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 14·5 perches situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Taraire IV Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18759 (S.O. 44424) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of February 1965.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Kawatiri Survey District, Nelson R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 1 8 Crown land (Westport Harbour Endowment); coloured red on plan.
1 2 7·5 Part Orowaiti Lagoon; coloured blue on plan.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaim that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Herbert Keith Paddison, of Mangere, market gardener, subject to memorandum of mortgage number 305971; and I also hereby take the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre 1 rood 6·8 perches situated in Block III, Mahurangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through part Allotment 28, Parish of Matakana; coloured green on plan.

FOURTH SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 9·1 perches situated in Block III, Mahurangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 30, Parish of Mahurangi; coloured yellow, edged yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19219 (S.O. 44456) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
