A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 10 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1962, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that, as from the 8th day of March 1965, the lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall be deemed to be vested in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown land subject to the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!
If at any time before the 8th day of March 1970 the registered proprietor, or licensee, or any other person having any estate or interest in any land to which this Proclamation relates, produces satisfactory evidence of his title or interest thereto, he shall be entitled to claim compensation for his interest therein as provided by subsection (6) of section 10 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1962.
