MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Changes of Mount Wellington District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that the changes of the district scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act for the Borough of Mount Wellington relating to the areas and matters set forth in the Schedule to this notice were approved by the Mount Wellington Borough Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 3rd day of February 1964 after all objections, appeals, and arbitrations relating to the changes of the scheme had been disposed of and the changes of the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed.

The Council has also resolved that the changes of the scheme shall come into operation on the 1st day of March 1964.

A copy of the changes of the scheme and the scheme itself, as amended by the changes, has been deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected without fee by any person who so requires at any time when the office is open to the public.

Map amendment No. 15/1A—Pilkington Road and Dunn Road—

BOROUGH OF MOUNT ALBERT

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Change of District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on 11 February 1964, the Council has recommended that the Operative District Scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.

The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Council Offices, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the offices are open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objection to Scheme Change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 6 April 1964. An appropriate form for use of objectors is available from the Council offices.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.
