Registration of Dogs on Motiti Island
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
PURSUANT to the Dogs Registration Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby delegates, in respect of dogs ordinarily kept on Motiti Island, the functions, powers, and duties conferred or imposed on him by that Act, except the powers conferred by section 30 of that Act, to the Tauranga County Council.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 21st day of January 1964.
