A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Act 1948, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; also take the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section
29.

ririki No. 5 Block; coloured green on plan.

THIRD SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood situated in
Block XVI, Raukumara East Survey District, Waiapu County,
Gisborne R.D., and being part Lot 2, D.P. 2641, being part
Raparapaririki No. 5 Block; edged orange on plan.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18152 (S.O. 5395) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of February 1964.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also
hereby proclaim that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is closed and that the road first, secondly, and thirdly
described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Tarland
Mains Ltd., subject to memoranda of mortgages Nos. 371528
and 371529, Wellington Land Registry, the road fourthly and
fifthly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in
Ralph Hugh Horsley Beetham and James Andrew both of
Masterton, sheep farmers, subject to memoranda of mortgages
Nos. 333690 and 423786, Wellington Land Registry, the road
sixthly, seventhly, and eighthly described in the said Second
Schedule shall vest in Clara Louisa Dickens, wife of William
Henry Dickens, of Palmerston North, retired settler, and
the road ninthly described in the said Second Schedule shall
vest in Monty Claude Fairbrother, of Wellington, soldier,
subject to memoranda of mortgages Nos. 315771 and 449969,
Wellington Land Registry.
