State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY

SECTIONS 331, 347, 348, and Block CCCXI, Rangitikei District, situated in Blocks IV and V, Koitiata Survey District, and Blocks V and IX, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei County: Area, 550 acres 1 rood 37·9 perches, more or less.

As shown on plan No. 81/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plans 23943, 24602, and 24717).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of December 1963.
