Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a Public School in Block X, Nukumaru Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the First Schedule of the Declaration dated the 21st day of February 1964, and published in the Gazette, No. 11, of 5 March 1964, at page 328, taking land for a public school in Block X, Nukumaru Survey District, and in lieu thereof hereby proclaim and declare that the land taken shall be that described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 39·6 perches situated in Block X, Nukumaru Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lots 23 and 24, Deeds Plan 23, being part Section 42, Waitotara District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18974 (S.O. 25912) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of November 1964.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 28·5 perches situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District, City of Tauranga, being part Lot 1, D.P. S. 1024; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18979 (S.O. 42671) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

ALL that piece of land containing 1·8 perches situated in Block XIII, Maungaru Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part old bed of Waikahikatea Channel; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18424 (S.O. 40109) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
