in Block IV, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and
being part Lot 1, D.P. 5504, being part Rural Section 9780;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 18554 (S.O. 10318) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 28th day
of February 1961, published in Gazette, 9 March 1961,
Volume I, page 383, and deposited in the Land Registry Office
at Hamilton as S. 202952, taking land for a roadman's cottage
in Block V, Kawhia South Survey District, Waitomo County,
and hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Frederick John Stokes, of Kinohaka,
farmer, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 113,
folio 169, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken
for a roadman's cottage and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day
of December 1964.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 22·8 perches, being
part Section 3, Block V, Kawhia South Survey District; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked

Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground
and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Rotorua as and from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 14th day of December 1964.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and
shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City
of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 14th day of December 1964.
