FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road being portion of Pukekohe East - Tuakau Road near Morgans Corner, within the County of Franklin, and for the purposes of such public work, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk of the said council, situated in Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by, and who have well grounded objections to, the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the 30th day of November 1964, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public work, namely, for a public street under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan showing the land proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the offices of the Christchurch City Council, Manchester Street, Christchurch. Every person affected should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to lodge the written objection at the offices of the Christchurch City Council, Manchester Street, Christchurch, within 40 days from the 30th day of November, being the date of the first publication of this notice.

ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing one decimal one perches (1·1p.), or thereabouts, being Lots 1 and 2, Land Transfer Plan 22063, part Town Reserve 2, Town of Christchurch, and being also the balance of the land described in Deeds A. 1202 (Canterbury Registry), as the same is shown coloured orange on Survey Office Plan 10387, subject to building-line restriction contained in Order in Council 516089.

WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Counties Act 1956, notice is hereby given that the Waimairi County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to take for the purposes of road the land described in the Schedule hereto, and notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited at the public office of the said council, situated at the corner of Clyde and Jeffreys Roads, Christchurch, where it lies open for public inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, shall set forth in writing such objection and send such writing within 40 days from the 27th day of November 1964 (being the date of first publication of this notice) addressed to the County Clerk of the Waimairi County Council at the said office at the said address.

THAT piece of land containing 23·5 perches, or thereabouts being situated in Block IV, Christchurch Survey District, being part Rural Section 14201, part Lot 3, Deposit Plan 5889, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 335, folio 50 (Christchurch Registry), situated in Spencerville Road at the south-western corner of the intersection of the said road by the Styx River.

KAIAPAI BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LEASEHOLD ESTATE IN LAND FOR HARBOUR WORKS
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Harbours Act 1950, notice is hereby given that the Kaiapoi Borough Council acting as a harbour board, pursuant to and in the exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Waimakariri Harbour Act 1946, proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, to carry out harbour works at the port at Kaiapoi, and for the purposes of such public work the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaiapoi by C. Morgan Williams and Son Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Kaiapoi, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 320551, Canterbury Land Registry, is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land the leasehold estate in which is so required to be taken, is deposited in the public office of the Kaiapoi Borough Council, High Street, Kaiapoi, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the taking of the said leasehold estate should if they have any objection to such taking or to the execution of such public work, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send such written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, namely, the 27th day of November 1964, to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, High Street, Kaiapoi.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi containing 17·2 perches, being part Lot 1, Deposited Plan No. 14376 (being part of the land in registered lease No. 320551, Canterbury Registry), comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 524, folio 83; and being more particularly the land shown coloured orange on S.O. Plan 10309 deposited as aforesaid. This land comprises part of the foreshore adjoining the wharf at Kaiapoi and is required as the site for a cargo shed.
