for the winding up of the above-named company by the
Supreme Court was, on the 16th day of November 1964,
presented to the said Court by Taupo Quick Freeze Ltd., a
duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Waipukurau, and carrying on business there and elsewhere
in New Zealand the business of distributor of ice cream and
frozen foods; and that the said petition is directed to be
heard before the Court sitting at the Supreme Courthouse,
at Hamilton, on Friday the 4th day of December 1964, at
10 a.m., and any creditor or contributory of the said com-
pany desirous to support or oppose the making of an order
