At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of November 1964

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and papakainga for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Te Wera, Ngati Tipa, and Ngati Karewa tribes.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation and sports ground, and church site for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati-Hangarau sub-tribe and of all the residents of the locality of the reservation.
