A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of November 1964.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6·33 perches situated in the City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., being part of the land in D.P. 2803, being part Sections 208 and 209, Town of Wanganui; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18888 (S.O. 25681) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
