LOWER HUTT CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and in the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, notice is hereby given that the Lower Hutt City Council being the local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and of every and any other power it thereunto enabling to execute a public work, namely the laying out and forming of a new street in the City of Lower Hutt and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken for street and in connection with street, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken marked T.P. 4/32/1 is deposited in the offices of the Council, situate at the Administration Building, Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection by all persons, without fee, during ordinary office hours.
All persons who are affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land and who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said pieces of land or any of them should state their objections in writing and send them in writing within a period of forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the above address.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road within the County of Franklin, and for the purposes of such public work the lands firstly described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken for road and the lands secondly described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken for use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk of the said council situated on Roulston Street, Pukekohe, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by and who have well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the 4th day of November 1964, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe.

HENDERSON BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Proposed Change to Henderson District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Henderson Borough Council made on the 2nd day of November 1964, a change to the District Scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The change is listed in the Schedule hereto.
The change has been deposited in the office of the Henderson Borough Council, Thomas Street, Henderson, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above office is open to the public.
Objections to the proposed change or any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 30 December 1964 (a suitable form for the use of objectors is available from the council offices). At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objections will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

PROPOSED CHANGE NO. 7 MAP AMENDMENT
To be changed from “Proposed Open Space (Public)” to “WEPIB” and subject to such designation to be zoned “Residential A” (being part Lot 15, Deeds Plan 443, part Allotment 7, Waipareira, and 2 Waikomiti, part C.T. 509/35).
