Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Pitcaithly and Herbert Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), take notice that a meeting of creditors in the above matter will be held in the office of Messrs Clarke and Elliott, Public Accountants, Broadway Buildings, 250 Broadway, Stratford, on Monday, 30 November 1964, at 2 p.m.
Agenda:
To consider a statement showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
To consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution:
"That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidation be held by the liquidator for a period of not less than five years."

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Modernbuilt Homes Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as builders, debtor, ex parte Winstone Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as merchants, creditor, notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was, on the 4th day of November 1964, presented to the said Supreme Court by Winstone Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as merchants; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of November 1964, at 10 a.m., and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Home and Office Vendors Ltd., notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 2nd day of November 1964, presented to the said Court by William Ritchie, of Auckland, teacher; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of November 1964, at 10 a.m.; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Wellington City Park Road/Tahi Street Housing Loan 1964, of £100,000
The following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Wellington City Council held on the 2nd day of November 1964, pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) to be known as the Wellington City Park Road/Tahi Street Housing Loan 1964 of £100,000 authorised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting accommodation for old people and rental units for the public, the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of thirty one-thousandths of a penny (0·030d.) in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of thirty-five (35) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

BOROUGH OF MOTUEKA
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1964, £4,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Motueka Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £4,000 authorised to be raised by the Motueka Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing land and erecting a house thereon, the said Motueka Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of five two hundred and fifty-sixths of a penny (5⁄256d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Motueka; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan being a period of thirty (30) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Street Improvement Loan 1964, £16,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Motueka Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £16,000 authorised to be raised by the Motueka Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of carrying out improvements in Greenwood Street, the said Motueka Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of nine sixty-fourths of a penny (9⁄64d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Motueka; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
